SDC Technologies launched their newly expanded web site and Customer Care Center. Their site now offers prospective customers more in-depth information on CrystalCoat™ products for a wide range of market applications. The site is an excellent resource for anyone new to the world of hardcoating technology.

Visitors can use their new interactive coating selector guide and download Technical Datasheets. Prospective customers can submit their coating questions or application online. The inquiry will be evaluated by a customer support representative who will provide recommendations within 24 business hours.

The Customer Care Center provides existing customers with more extensive tutorials and troubleshooting guides as well as downloadable Material Safety Data Sheets and order tracking. This section will continue to expand, in the near future, with an online payment system and downloadable test methods.
