CNC Router And 5-Axis Saw Machining Centers

A line of CNC machining centers that can be custom built with spindles and saws for processing large panels is available from Hendrick.

The Hendrick CNC Machining Centers are custom built using high end, industry standard, off-the-shelf products such as THK or equivalent linear components and SMC pneumatics to assure high production uptimes and ease of maintenance. Featuring 5-axis sawing and variable speed routing heads, formatted to user requirements, standard features include true electrospindles, PC controllers with Windows® 98 software, and touch-screens.

Capable of processing panels up to 50’ x 25’ x 10" thick, depending upon materials, the machining centers can operate at speeds up to 2,000"/min. They are ideal for large production applications requiring deep cutting with compound angles and interior routing. They can be supplied with automatic tool changers and various other options. The controllers provide auto-programming and AutoCad® file transfer capabilities.
