Fittings Fabrication Equipment

Ritmo America offers fusion machines designed and manufactured specifically for the fabrication of HDPE, PP and PVC elbows, tees, wyes and crosses fittings. Four different sized CNC fitting fusion machines are capable of producing a range of fittings from 2” through 54” diameter. All models are also capable of producing simultaneously fused dual containment fittings.

PROFITTINGS machines are equipped with the ECP Easy Life System. The entire fusion cycle, with the exception of the initial interfacial bead produced when beginning the soaking time, is completely automated and electronically controlled. The system also incorporates data logging that records all the fusion cycle data and pipe information and can be easily transferred to a PC.
