Vortex Tool Company, Inc. has expanded its production capabilities to manufacture an extensive line of insert tooling for router and bore applications.

Vortex insert tool bodies are produced from premium aircraft-grade steel, heat-treated for strength and durability. Precision-machining on a CNC profile grinder followed by micro face lapping gives new and replacement inserts extremely sharp cutting edges and accurate profiles to meet strict tolerances. Vortex insert tools are high-speed precision balanced to an ISO rating of G2.5 or better, resulting in longer run-times between stops for retooling.

Vortex inserts are available in any grade of carbide or stellite and any configuration of holes, bevels, slots or grooves. The company offers AutoCAD custom tool design, quick order turnaround and discount pricing on first-time orders.
