Membrane Driers For Hot Air Welding

Seelye, Inc. announced the addition of Parker Hannifin's Membrane Dryers to their extensive inventory; filling one of the most important requirements when it comes to thermoplastic welding - obtaining and maintaining the cleanest air supply possible. Using state-of-the-art membrane technology, these Compressed Air Driers provide clean, dry compressed air from an existing compressed air supply. By using these driers it is possible to deliver dry air with air flow rates up to 20 SCFM with a dew point of 35 ° F (2°), depending on the air delivery pressure and flow rate. There is no need for an electrical supply and each dryer is equipped with a high capacity condensate separator, with a high efficiency coalescing pre-filter to remove oil, water and particulate contamination to 0.01 micron. If added protection is needed an additional pre- filter is available.

The Parker Hannifin Filtration Membrane Driers fit nicely into Seelye's inventory of thermoplastic welders, welding rod, accessories and heat guns.
