Extended Length Super Carbide End Mills

Micro 100, Inc., a supplier of carbide tools, has introduced a new series of long-length solid carbide end mills, the GLL series with square end plus BLL series ball end mills.

The end mills are designed for continuous full-depth milling in roughing and finishing as well as for slotting applications.

Both the GLL series and the BLL series ball end mills are available in 2 and 4 flute configurations. They are center cutting and furnished with a 30° helix. Diameters range from 3/16" to 1" in nine sizes.

Micro 100 super carbide mills are highly shock resistant and offer the user the advantage of being able to machine all types of materials with a single grade of carbide.
