Plastic Assembly Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of ul tra sonic, spin, vi bra tion, hot plate, and infra-red welding systems for secondary operations of plastic products, re cently introduced it’s "Solution Ser ues" 3/4 ton bench top pneumatic heat staking and insertion system.

The line of heavy duty systems have standard mulitiple zone temperature controllers and multipoint/multilevel tooling to accomodate several operations simutaneously. The series has a modular power supply with an operator interface panel and touch screen controls. Several models have been specifically designed to accomodate low volume and high volume assembly runs as well as performing assembly on small intricate parts, large parts, and multiple parts in a single cycle.

They offer free testing, sampling and part design evaluation and recommendation’s for all plastic assembly technologies.
