Strip Heaters

FTM is making it easy for you to work with all type of plastic materials. Their strip heaters are used by hobbyists on up to the largest fabrication shops around. These heaters prepare thermoplastic materials for forming allangle bends, and reduces fabrication time both in setup and multiple bend operations. Heaters are available in 24",48",72" and 96" single strip lengths. Complete systems consist of four 48" heating trays a frame kit, fence/stop and power control. A complete system has independently operated and movable heating trays, index rules on either side of table and full usage of working area allows you to work from both sides of the table at the same time. The adjustable fence may be positioned on one end or between trays as shown. Units are completely self-contained and requires no special wiring (120 volt 15 amps).
