Röchling Engineering Plastics announced the addition of Cheri Cobb and Bob Healy to their Sales and Market Development team in Gastonia, NC. Cobb has been with Röchling Engineering Plastics for over 15 years and will rejoin the inside sales team focusing on inquiries and customer service for their Medical Grade Products. Healy’s experience includes more than 16 years in sales and management for plastics distribution as well as product development in resin manufacturing (Victrex PEEK). As Market Development Specialist, his primary responsibilities will include developing and securing new business opportunities.

Jim Demary joined Business Answers International as a Business Development Consultant. Demary will focus on film and coatings sectors. Demary has 30 years of marketing management experience, most recently as Director of Marketing and Sales at Bayer Material Science (BMS) Coatings, Adhesives and Specialties business unit.

KYDEX, LLC has appointed Rich Cort, a leading authority in plastic use for mass transit vehicle interior components and 3D laminates, as Northeast U.S. Regional Manager. Cort has previously held sales and market development manager positions at KYDEX, during which he has been increasingly involved in developing the medical device segment. As Northeast Regional Manager, he supervises a team of three manufacturer representatives who are responsible for providing day-to-day customer support.

Matthew P. Curtis joined Simona America Inc. as Product Development and Technical Support Services Manager. He brings extensive experience in project management, R&D and manufacturing related to plastics, composites and coatings. Curtis will report directly to John Ploskonka, Executive VP Sales & Marketing.
