AXYZ International CNC Routers, already widely used in the plastics industry, have recently been enhanced with a next generation machine control system and also two completely new machine systems, the Camtech Z7 and the Pacer K+ series.

The new controller, which is now being fitted to almost all new AXYZ machines, provides superior performance, ease of use and versatility. Smoother machine motion allows faster material processing for higher productivity while at the same time giving a high quality and very smooth cut edge. Coupled with an enormous range of options such as automatic toolchangers, knife heads and camera registration systems, as well as the extreme configurability of multiple heads and gantries, this further consolidates the AXYZ Series as one of the most versatile flatbed machine solutions in the industry.

The new Camtech Z7 CNC Router is an entry-level system designed for customers needing a reliable and easy to maintain machine at an affordable price. Standard features normally only found on much more expensive equipment include a zoned vacuum deck, automatic tool length calibration and ballscrew Z axis.

At the other end of the range is the new Pacer K+ series which combine versatility with high levels of precision and performance that can only be achieved from the ballscrew drive systems.
