Expanded Heatstaking Line
Plastic Assembly Systems (PAS) introduced the newest addition to their Solution Series heatstaking line. The .50AS thermal assembly system offers the advantages of their .50IAS machine at a lower cost. The new bench top machine has integrated system controls and a large front mounted touch screen display. System features include two standard temperature controls accessed though the operator interface and four standard heater outputs. In temperature feature ensures that the machine is operating at the proper temperature prior to every cycle. Multiple cycle times can be adjusted through the touch screen along with dwell time, cool time and post cycle cool time.

The machine has adjustable hydraulic speed control with one-inch stroke, fine pitch 24 tpi and mechanical depth stop with 6" of available stroke. It has up to a half-ton of available force, a lock-out/tag-out system dump air dump with air filter and a two-year standard warranty.
