Vacuum Chips Into 55 Gallon Drum
EXAIR's Chip Vac picks up dry or wet chips and delivers them directly to any 55 gallon drum. Chip Vac cleans chips from fixtures, floors, work surfaces and industrial equipment and now has a 30% increase in vacuum. The compressed air operated Chip Vac is designed specifically for vacuuming chips and creates a powerful cyclonic action that vacuums metal, wood or plastic chips. Dusty materials such as absorbents are trapped by the 0.1 micron filter bag to keep the surrounding air clean. The vacuum has no moving parts to wear out or break which ensures long life; the sound level is half that of electric vacs. The Chip Vac's lever lock drum lid fits any open top 55 gallon drum and can be removed and replaced in less than a minute, keeping materials separate for recycling. Constant heavy lifting and dumping of vacuum cleaner tanks is eliminated since all chips are vacuumed directly to the 55 gallon drum. And with no moving parts it carries a low cost and no motors to clog or wear out.
