Hands-On Plastic Welding Course
A comprehensive, two-day, hands-on course that leads to certification in accordance with the latest European DVS-approved plastic welding standards is being offered by Malcom Hot Air Systems.

The course covers the latest European DVS approved standards for hot gas- and extrusion-welding techniques. It features hands-on training and covers an introduction to plastics and DVS standards, material structure, what types of plastics can be welded and equipment alternatives.

Students are required to pass a welding performance test before receiving their certification. They then return to work with first-hand knowledge about the cutting-edge tools and techniques for plastic welding. Furthermore, they will learn how to save steps, cut material costs and meet strict quality guidelines, claims the school.
