Strip Heater/Plastic Cutter

FTM Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of Thermoplastic Strip Heaters, has extended its line of Heaters with the introduction of its Model FS-48W2 Free-Standing Heater. This heater uses the same time tested patented technology as FTM's other heaters and offers the user a much wider heated area of 2" with a 48" length. The heater comes ready to use, the user can simply plug into a 120 volt outlet and go to work. This will allow fabricators to make large radius bends on thicker and thinner material. FTM has also just added a Heavy Duty professional hand scribe/cutter for Acrylic Sheet. This new Heavy Duty scribe/cutter has a special high carbon steel blade that is re-sharpenable and a Scoring edge that has a double bevel grind.
