PANEL SAW

A wide range of manual and automatic panel saws for cutting plastics and a variety of other materials, is available from Hendrick. Their Rail Panel Saws feature 5 HP blade motors that travel on precision ground polished steel rails while the stock being cut remains stationary. Capable of cutting most materials in one pass with accuracy from ±.005" to 1/32", depending upon model, these saws are offered in manual and fully automatic models which allow saw blade travel speeds between 0 and 50 FPM.

Available in cut lengths of 54", 78", 102", 126", and 150", Hendrick Rail Panel Saws come standard with cast end supports that are adjustable to accommodate 10" through 16" dia. blades for cutting depths down to 6". For operator safety, the manual models use a hand wheel for saw carriage travel and the automatic models are remotely controlled.
