Strategic Alliance

Schelling America and IMA America Corporation announced that the two companies will combine their sales and marketing efforts to form a strategic alliance in the North American market. This move is designed to give customers and business partners of the two companies the benefit of working with one source in the areas of engineering customized industrial manufacturing solutions as well as sales of standard machinery solutions.

In order to show the market commitment to this venture, Schelling America’s facility will be upgraded in terms of office and warehouse space. A new showroom will house Schelling’s and IMA’s state of the art machines.
