New Cast Nylons Website

Ensinger, Inc. has completed the redesign of www.ensingercastnylon .com. The new website showcases Ensinger’s broad range of cast nylon stock shape, near net shape, and custom cast part capabilities. Ensinger offers a variety of cast nylon grades, many of which have been specifically designed to meet the needs of demanding industrial applications. In addition to a general description of the material grades, this section includes technical information on the properties of the materials. Even more important than the information on grades is the section on Ensinger’s casting size capabilities. These capabilities allow Ensinger to produce stock shapes, discs, rings, and near net shapes that are significantly larger than industry standards.

The new website also shows examples of Ensinger’s custom parts capabilities. There is information specific to sheaves, outrigger and cushion pads, and a variety of other custom cast parts. The custom section also mentions an extensive line of cast nylon products that are used in wastewater treatment operations.
