New Distribution Center

SABIC has opened a new branch of its Polymershapes distribution business in Fairfield, New Jersey, to deliver better and faster service to customers throughout northern New Jersey.

Polymershapes delivers best-in-class distribution and fabrication of semi-finished plastic materials and associated products for a wide range of customers, focusing on the image, transportation, industrial, and building/construction markets. Polymershapes serves customers via the industry’s largest distribution network, now totaling more than 70 branches throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Chile. Fairfield was identified as a preferred location for serving SABIC customers in northern New Jersey due to the strong base of accounts in the area and the potential for new growth with other local businesses. The Fairfield branch is led by Mike Grimm, who has been named District Manager, with responsibility for the Fairfield and Hicksville, NY, locations. Eli Brandt takes on the role of Customer Service Manager in Fairfield, having previously served as Inside Sales Representative in Hamden, Con necti - cut. The branch reports to Denis Vaillancourt, Northeast Region Manager.
