PLC for Thermoformers

PreWired Controls Corp. announced their latest PLC controls for thermoformers. These controls make use of the latest PLC's, servos and touchscreens, improving reliability, increasing accuracy and reducing set-up time. New control system upgrades will eliminate your electrical headaches by using new parts and simplifying the wiring. They typically cost 25% of the price of a new machine.

These new controls allow them to add features and capabilities that machines did not have before. They can be implemented on all kinds of thermoforming equipment including Single Station, Inline, Rotary, Shuttle, Servo Conversions, etc. They improve the safety of machinery by ensuring that critical safety features such as Emergency Stop Circuits, disconnects and grounds are present and operational. All new controls installed by PreWired Controls conform to UL 508A and NFPA 79 codes.
