Total™ Acquires Rhode Island Plastics

Total™ Plastics, Inc. announced the acquisition of Rhode Island Plastics. Rhode Island Plastics is a longstanding distributor to the New England market from its location in Warwick, Rhode Island. This location is Total Plastic’s fifteenth distribution site. This event marks this year’s second venture in Total’s market expansion program, which included the opening of its Knoxville branch. “Expanding our presence in New England will strengthen our overall distribution network and improve our ability to serve the marketplace,” says Russ Walters, Vice President of Total Plastics, Inc.

Total Plastics, Inc., a subsidiary of A.M. Castle & Co., is a full line distributor of plastic materials and related products, founded in Kalamazoo, MI in 1978. Total Plastics offers one of the largest plastic material inventories in the U.S. and operates out of several locations in the Midwest, along the east coast and in Florida.
