Glass Filled Cast Nylon

Nylatech, Inc., manufacturers of Type 6 and 6/12 cast nylon rod, sheet and tube, announced the availability of Glass Filled Cast Nylon 6. With glass contents ranging from 0 up to 40%, Nylatech is able to produce rod and sheet. Also available, in select sizes, are glass filled cast nylon tubes. Since it can be produced in very small batches, the material is often used for prototype parts. Its increased dimensional stability and operating temperatures make it suitable for other applications as well.
