Thermoplastic Welding Rod

Village Plastics, Inc. introduced a premium-grade thermoplastic welding rod product line. By utilizing a proprietary downstream proofing process, Village Plastics is able to offer welding rod that is guaranteed to be consistent in both diameter and shape and is continuous in spool length - or your money back. The Village Plastics Premium-Grade Welding Rod is offered in diameters of 1/8” to 1/4” and 1 to 6.5mm. Welding rod is available in round or triangle shapes. Materials include HDPE, LDPE, PVC Types I and II, PP, Co- Poly, HMW and UHMW. Welding rod can be shipped in any straight length up to 60”, in 5 pound or 10 pound coils or on spools up to 30 pounds. Custom welding rod sizes, shapes and materials are available. Village Plastics, Inc. also has the capabilities to extrude precision custom profiles.
