Fully Automated Cross Cut Saw
Hendrick introduced the USA-50 series cutting station with full automation. Stacks of material up to 75mm in height, 50” wide and 10 feet long are automatically loaded from the rear, packed and squared prior to cutting. Pneumatic grippers, side aligners and hold downs secure the material for accuracy. The machine’s PC based controller can be linked to a master computer for down-loading optimized cut patterns and cutting sequence instructions. All cuts are executed without the requirement of a machine operator. Manual overides for front loading or individual operator assisted cutting are standard. After the parts are processed, bar code labels are affixed to each piece for identification and further process instruction.
