Impact Acrylic Sheet
A new brochure from Atoglas details the attributes and physical properties of the Plexiglas® T impact acrylic sheet family. According to the brochure, the sheet combines the beauty of standard Plexiglas acrylic sheet with three higher levels of impact resistance.
The brochure notes that higher impact -resistance levels permit new designs not possible with standard acrylic sheet. Designers need no longer sacrifice clarity, design flexibility or fabrication techniques to get additional toughness. Additionally, all three materials offer excellent clarity, rigidity and resistance to the effects of fluorescent lighting in P.O.P. and display environments. Plexiglas T and T2 are available in colorless thicknesses from 0.060” to 0.236” in sizes 4’, 5’ and 6’ x 8’ plus 51” x 100” with film masking (paper extra) and in colors Black 2025, White 7328 and Green 3030. Plexiglas T3 acrylic sheet is a custom product offering.
