Polycarbonate Sign Products
The MAKROLON® Polycarbonate Sign Products brochure provides a concise guide to Sheffield’s line of polycarbonate sheet products for the sign industry.
Short descriptions of product qualities such as impact resistance, UV protection, abrasion resistance and product options are included. The brochure includes a listing of the various products within the line, along with product descriptions, sizes and colors available for each product. A chart of typical physical properties is provided.
In addition to describing the product line, the brochure also provides practical information regarding material preparation; thermoforming; strip heating; cutting and sawing; shearing, punching and blanking; painting and screen printing; and bonding and cementing. A chart comparing the impact resistance of MAKROLON polycarbonate sheet to acrylic and impact modified acrylic is included.
