Production Laser
Vytek introduced the new G/X Series laser systems that offer true production solutions for light to medium volume manufacturers.

With the fully enclosed design and built-in downdraft fume evacuation table, the G/X unit fits in any environment. The system uses sealed CO₂ laser technology with available power ranges from 150 through 500 watts.

Combined with their state-of-the-art electronics, high performance AC brush-less servo drives and a bulletproof beam delivery system, the Vytek G/X Series offer speed, edge quality and reliability.

The lasers feature a flexible table design to allow for a wide range of material processing, dual doors for easy access to the work surface, 150, 250 an 500 watt sealed CO₂ lasers with peak energies as high as 1000 watts, industry standard interface G&M code, all AC brush-less servo drives, unique constant length beam path to assure consistent accuracy and a small footprint. Options include active, non-contact height following, gas assist mixture system for metal applications, scrap conveyor, high pressure cutting, pin, blade or honeycomb table option, rotary axis option, and an integrated laser diode pointer.
