Automatic Linear Heater

New literature is now available for the HRP/D Linear Heating Device manufactured by Shannon and distributed by Edge Finisher Company. The rapidly convertible semi-automatic machine is ideal for the production bending of plastic sheet. The unit heats all thermoplastic sheets, including PMMA, PP, PS and PVC with a thickness of 2 to 20 mm. It is equipped with 2 under-reflectors with a length of 3 meters and 2 upper-reflectors with a length of 2 meters, which are mounted in the pneumatically held down unit. The reflectors are adjustable from 20 to 1.000 mm. Each heating wire is independently adjustable in wire height.

The machine features an electronic timer, safety system and automatic feed. The automatic feed system consists of 2 feed belts and a speed controller for the transport of the plastic sheet through the unit.
