New Thermoforming Machines
The next generation Comet Thermoforming Machines are now available from MAAC Machinery Corporation.

Following MAAC's new "build to stock" program, the Comet line allows the industry the ability to respond to new sales or increased production requirements immediately. With quick shipments, a one-year warranty, and MAAC's award winning training program, the Comet line is certainly the thermoformers best alternative to used machinery and large retrofit costs.

The machine is available in Single-Stations, Rotaries and Double-Enders ranging from 3'x4' up to 5'x9'. Built with motorized top and bottom platens, they feature the latest easy to use PLC controls and MAAC aluminum clamp frames. All single stations and double-enders are one-piece construction, no assembly required.

Rotaries come standard with multi-zoned top and bottom ceramic ovens, single stations and double enders come with multi-zoned top and bottom “Instant On/Instant Off” quartz elements. The new quartz oven design reduces electrical consumption by nearly 50%. The pendant mount controls are fully automatic with pre-programmed sequencing, including air assist pressure forming, matched molding, snapback and plug assist from top or bottom.
