Eliminate Static Charge

The patented Virtual AC( Intelligent Static Neutralizer uses an advanced system design to eliminate static charges during plastic machining, molding or extrusion that often result in finishing flaws due to clinging dust, chips and particles. Through the use of a high-performance, stationary static control bar, the system optimizes results without the use of fans or blowers that stir up dust particles and increase product contamination.

Ion Industrial's static control bar is capable of powerful, long-range static neutralization to targets up to 20 inches away without air assist. In addition, a display panel on the system's control module provides real-time information about the neutralizer efficiency, as well as system diagnostics. Operators can monitor and control as many as 31 neutralizers in a static control system via computer interface. The software also allows users to store, retrieve and analyze production run records, maintenance logs and other performance data. Diagnostic files can then be sent via the Internet to Ion Industrial for prompt technical support.
