The Excelon System from Thermoplastic Processes, Inc., encompasses a broad line of clear polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, tubing and fittings. The rigid, flexible and braided components in the system meet the complex piping needs of solid, powder, fluid handling, semi-pneumatic and pneumatic applications where visual monitoring is critical.

Components in the system are made from high-quality, non-toxic PVC under stringent FDA and 3-A sanitary standards. The system provides piping solutions for such areas as food processing, dual containment, laboratory use, chemical processing, photo finishing and more.

Excelon System products allow for broad chemical and corrosion resistance and smooth, non-contaminating and non-conductive surfaces, as well as low sediment accumulation. They also perform well at elevated pressures and are easy to handle, install and solvent weld.
