CNC ROUTER TABLES

AXYZ Automation manufactures the Millennium and Series line of 3-axis CNC Router Tables. The Millennium is a table top router with a material process area of 39" x 39". The Series line offers process areas ranging from 4' x 4' to 10' x 45'. All models utilize their ToolPath 3.0 Software which allows any designer to import existing drawings from a wide range of 3rd party design programs.

The routers eliminate the need for multiple manual operations, ensuring consistency while saving time and money. With a 5 1/2" control on the "Z" axis, operators can route thicker substrates, as well as harder or layered material, in multi-pass mode. Units are also equipped with a chip removal system that holds down material until the cutter is withdrawn, allowing a smooth exit without chipping.

Options include a full line of Elite and Colombo spindles, multiple heads, dual carriages, custom table sizes, a high speed engraver, pneumatic drill, and high speed knife head.
