REMOVABLE TRANSFER FILM FOR NON-PERMANENT BONDING APPLICATIONS

Scapa Tapes has introduced a new double-sided acrylic transfer film, Scapa 4406, for temporary bonding applications. This unique transfer film is engineered with a permanent adhesive on one side for effective long-lasting adhesion and a low-tack adhesive on the other side for easy removal without residues or substrate damage.

The film is ideal for mounting signs, posters, and merchandising displays that will eventually be removed, and for posting information that may be relocated numerous times. The film provides good long-term aging properties and resists temperatures from -30°C to 150°C. The product exhibits excellent resistance to UV light and removes cleanly from a variety of substrates even after two to three weeks of exposure to daylight. Since the adhesive film is unsupported, it is virtually invisible, even on clear substrates.
