REMAINDER OF CADILLAC DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SOLD

M.A. Hanna Co. has sold the remainder of its Cadillac Plastics shapes-distribution business to Thyssen Krupp Materials & Services AG of Düsseldorf, Germany. The sale includes Hanna's share of three sheet, rod, tube and film distribution joint ventures in Germany, France and Spain. Cleveland-based Hanna and Röhm GmbH of Darmstadt, Germany, each owned 50 percent of the ventures.
