REINFORCED TUBING

Calflex(TM) Manufacturing, Inc., a Division of Barbour Corporation, manufacturers a wide variety of PVC, Polyethele and other elastomeric tubes and hoses. Specializing in the extruding of flexible PVC tubing with a stainless steel overbraid or yarn reinforced, they offer state of the art hydraulic crimping for fittings and 25,000 sq. ft. of stocked standard items for fast delivery.

Their Masterflex® tubing which features stainless steel connectors and overbraiding is now available on a custom job basis. Calflex(TM) will extrude the inner core tube to a specific size, overbraid with stainless steel, cut to length and assemble with the customers choice of fitting. All assemblies can be pressure tested and certified to meet working pressure and burst pressure requirements. The stainless steal overbrading is ideal for preventing kinking and acts as a protective jacket.
