STRIP HEATERS

Dominion Brass Products Ltd. offers a new line of commercial, infrared, strip heaters de signed to bend acrylic, styrene, arborite, ABS, co-polyester and most other polymers.

They combine machined parts and specialized outside components into a strip heater that is extremely safe, truly infrared, and concentrates most of its energy on the polymer resting on the water-cooled top rails of their heaters. The custom-made element cycles to operating temperature in one or two minutes so you can turn it off when it's not in use, generating significant utility savings. The wound element is perfectly straight with no sags, or hot and cold areas and is shielded from debris inside a high quality quartz tube.

The strip heaters have swing-out feet for stability or can be ordered to slide and lock to rails mounted on your table. Each heater has a built-in potentiometer to allow precise heat control. Offered in several sizes and power levels, they will be customized to your exact specifications.
