LINE BENDER

Great Lakes Powder & Equipment Company introduced their new BendTender™ plastics sheet line bender. The bender accommodates 1/8" to 1/2" thick thermoplastic sheets up to 32" wide.

This rugged machine features a twin-table, dual-heating beam design that offers easy setup, rapid clamping, and a high-speed, uniform production. Thermoplastic sheets are aligned perfectly with holding fittings every time. A simple counterweight prevents warping, while adjustable vents eliminate edge bubles.

The machines narrow heat beams warm quickly and contain multiple heating elements that can be configured to meet specific bend radii and energy leels. With precise expansion control, the bender is easy on its heating elements and requires very little maintenance.

The unit measures 42" wide x 26 " dep x 9" high. Heavy wires conect to a seperate power supply/control unit with a self-regulating power supply.
