WORLDS SMALLEST ACRYLIC HINGE

Acryl-Hinge Small™ is a new acrylic hinge from Westedge. At 1.375" x 1.500" it is the smallest acrylic hinge made. It is recommended for use in price sensitive situations for applications such as display cases, ballot boxes, literature dispensers, and medical apparatus. The top surface is curved so it blends into fabricated products for a professional look and feel.

The hinge features Micro Dots™ which are molded in "stand offs" that create a gap at the cementing surface. The gap improves solvent flow which eliminates air bubbles and increases bond strength. It is so easy to attach with conventional solvent cementing techniques that even inexperienced fabricators get excellent results every time.

The hinge is equipped with a self-lubricating pin that extends wear and eliminates squeaking. It is made from virgin Plexiglas DR which is 10 times stronger than general purpose acrylic. For use on 1/8", 3/16" and 1 /4" acrylic sheet.
