The Routech Protos offers productivity, often in excess of 2 to 3 individual CNC routers, while providing a dust-free and noiseless operation.

They accomplished this by designing a machine with three tables -- one for loading, one for machining and one for eliminating scrap. Up to nine heads and more than 40 tools can be mounted. Also, a total flexibility system is available whereby each table can be set up while machining a different part. Set up time is reduced to a minimum and less than three seconds are needed to move from one table to the next.
