Kawasaki LNP, Inc ., parent company of LNP Engineering Plastics, Inc., has announced the acquisition of MIXCIM Industria e Comercio Ltda., a rapidly growing engineering polymeric materials company headquartered in Sao Carlos, Brazil. The acquisition is considered an ideal fit because MIXCIM manufactures lubricated, conductive, and specialty thermoplastic compounds that complement LNP's existing product range.
