Tool-Less Plastic Technologies has a manufacturing license for the TTK-Box™ technology, the world's only fully integrated manufacturing system producing plastic parts and enclosures from sheet with no tooling.

Developed in 1992, the technology has built on basic sheet metal cutting, bending and forming techniques, and applied to extruded plastic sheet. Innovative assembly techniques are combined with precision snaps, interlocks and joints. These, plus proprietary CAM software, custom 3-axis CNC routers and automated heat benders are a few of the key components which contribute to the high efficiency of this unique manufacturing process.

The process is ideally suited for: Quantities of 50-10,000 parts over the life of a product, interim and pilot production runs of 500-1000 parts, and products with unstable or rapidly changing designs. The unique advantages of the technology include: No tooling capital outlay, fast turnaround, high quality appearance, no draft is required, and changes easily incorporated.

Lead times are typically 2-3 weeks for design and prototyping, and 2-3 weeks for first production parts. Design changes can be incorporated into your next production run - often in a matter of days.
