The Routech Record 220 CNC machining center combines the power of a CNC router with the speed and drilling capacity of a point-to-point boring machine. It offers a high degree of versatility due to its multi-tasking capabilities. Perfect for fabricating display components, liners, transportation glazing, gaskets, or any close tolerance precision parts. It comes with a 10-horsepower motor with speeds from 900 to 18,000 RPM and a 10-position automatic tool changer capable of changes on the fly. Options include: 4' x 17' table, 25 HP Quincy vacuum pump, second vacuum pump, 16 and 39 position spindle drill heads, and electronic floating router heads for plastic sheets having large thickness variations. The unit routs, saws, sands and bores a variety of plastics in a single, integrated workstation operation.
