UNIVERSAL PRESSURE BOX

Edward D. Segen & Co. offers the model PXU300 Universal Pressure Box for roll-feed thermoforming. It adjusts in web width and index length for savings in time, costs and materials. One box adjusts to fit nearly any forming area. It will run on either platen, accommodating both male and female molds, eliminating the need for separate boxes. Precision-machined channels provide a secure, air-tight location for adjustable panels. Front and rear panels can be changed out to accommodate various web widths. A pressure relief valve and pressure gauge provide safe and accurate air pressure monitoring. Water-cooled rear panel prevents oven heat migration.
