CURBELL TO ACQUIRE DAYTONA

Curbell, Inc. Plastics Division and Daytona Plastix, Inc. announced that Curbell has signed a letter of intent to acquire the Phoenix, Arizona location of Daytona Plastix. This acquisition is expected to be finalized by mid-October. The Phoenix operation is an established distribution business focusing on the See Through, Sign & Display, Marine, Orthotic, and Prosthetic markets. Curbell is the 4th largest plastics distributor in the United States and is a full line distributor of plastic sheet, rod, tube, adhesives and sealants.
