NEW CAST NYLON FACILITY
A. L. Hyde's cast nylon manufacturing facility offers the flexibility to produce multiple grades of filled and unfilled cast nylon in both large and small lots. Featuring a unique casting process, they produce a wide selection of cast nylons in: Natural, M0S2 Black, Heat Stabilized Blue, OFN (Oil Filled Nylon) and Nylawear(r). They can produce a variety of shapes, including slab, rod, tube, and custom casting to "net" or near net" shapes, in a multitude of colors. Standard diameters for rod are 2" to 12", up to 10 foot lengths in many diameters. Slab comes in thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 4" in sheet sizes up to 4' x 10'. Tube is available in a wide range of ID and OD combinations.
