HAND HELD SPIRAL SAW CAN REPLACE SABER SAWS
The Roto Zip Spiral Saw System is the first true technological advance to hit the power tool industry in years. It is a unique new cutting system that cleanly slices through materials rather than using the ripping action associated with traditional saws. The saw creates a fast, clean, freehand cut through acrylic plastics and other materials. The down spiral, parabolic flute of the bits eliminates the need to drill a pilot hole, and carries dust away from the operator. Bits are available in either carbide or high-speed steel and in addition to acrylic, can cut tile, fiberglass, solid surface materials and more. The saws are available cordless or with a cord. Applications include one-of-a-kind patterns drawn on the protective paper of acrylic and in-field corrections of signs and other products that would be too difficult to bring back to the shop for correction. Extremely small diameter radius can be cut with no problem and there is no chipping or burning of the material in normal use.
