PANEL SAW ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
A problem for sheet cutting equipment is ensuring a square cut that can be set and maintained. Saw Trax has developed a squaring adjustment system called Accu-Square(TM). This system gives the user precise cuts without constant alignment and calibration. The system uses guide rails attached to a frame. The guide rails are fixed at the top and adjustable at the bottom. The adjustment is in the plane perpendicular to the direction of the guide tubes allowing left or right adjustments to provide for squaring the cut of the machine.
