Optimization Service
R&R Drummond, Inc. announced the release of CutMizer –
Optimization Service. This new service provides fast, efficient
and economical cutting plans without the hassle for panel, roll or
linear stock.
The customer simply downloads and installs the free CutMizer
electronic worksheet then enters the items to be cut, the sheet
stock and the cutting guidelines. Learning is minimal. Worksheet
data is then transmitted to R&R Drummond by clicking the
“Send” button. They will then generate optimized cutting plans
and E-mail them to the customer within 24 hours
for most jobs.
The returned plans can be conveniently viewed
and printed with the CutMizer program or hard
copy plans can be sent via fax or US mail.
Alternately, Drummond can process customer’s
data from faxed or other hard copy means. Saving
one expensive sheet can pay for the service.
